Roles and Responsibility:
  • Candidate should be communicating through on Call and Emails with Mainly into Dealers, Insurance Company, and with the Customers regarding the Insurance Process.
  • Should be able to solve the queries of Dealers, Insurance Company.
  • Strongly follow-up with the departments to get the clearance of various reason barring Issuance.
  • Maintaining consolidated daily Issuance tracker with case to case updates.
  • Assign set of cases to team members and periodic follow-up to get the assign work done.

  • Should be good in both written and Oral Communication (Hindi mandatory)
  • Ready to learn the Products and Process, good interpersonal skills.
  • Commercial vehicle motor Insurance / other motor insurance experience preferred.
